Form Instructions
This form is for parents/guardians who are ready to submit the New Student Application to enroll their child at Bayaan Academy.
Once the form is submitted, you will receive an email with a link to the official New Student Application and further instructions to complete the enrollment process.
Instructions for New Students:
1. Kindly fill out and submit this form.
2. After submission, check your email for the New Student Application link and step-by-step instructions.
If this is your first time using the Enrollment Portal, you will need to create a new account.
3. Complete the New Student Application in full.
4. Submit the Application.
Once the New Student Application is submitted successfully, you will receive a confirmation email.
Returning Students: If you are a RETURNING STUDENT, DO NOT SUBMIT THIS FORM. Visit the Returning Student page for further instructions.
