Click the button below to learn more or speak to our Admission Office for a personal consultation

Note:

We accept applications throughout the year, but admission is contingent upon the availability of open seats in a given grade.

New Students enrolling in Grade 12 must have earned a minimum of 25% of credits through Bayaan Academy to receive a diploma.

Step 1. Gather Documents Required

To ensure smooth processing and accurate placement, please gather the following documents based on your student’s background:

Students Transferring from Public/Private School:

  • Student’s ID (Birth Certificate, Government Issued ID, etc)
  • Most Recent School Report Card

Homeschooled Students:

  • Student’s ID (Birth Certificate, Government Issued ID, etc)
  • Portfolio Review by the County
  • Student Work Samples
  • Samples of Student Work, including:
    • Snapshots of the most recent writing assignments completed independently
    • Snapshots of the most recent math assignments completed by the student

Step 2. Parent/Guardian attends Virtual Open House or 1-on-1 Call with Admission Rep.

At Bayaan Academy, we truly believe that the best educational experience begins with clear communication and shared understanding. By attending a Virtual Open House or scheduling a 1-on-1 Call with an Admission Representative, parents and guardians gain a clear understanding of our academic offerings, Islamic values, and online learning structure.

This conversation helps:

  • Learn more about how our online programs work day-to-day
  • Ask any questions about academics, Islamic values, or student support
  • Understand what to expect—and what’s expected of your child
  • Make sure our goals and values match what you’re looking for in a school

We believe strong communication from the start creates the foundation for a successful and rewarding school experience.

Step 3. New Student Registration Application + $150 Registration Fee + $200 Tech Fee + 1st Month’s Tuition*

The student’s most recent School Records must be submitted in order for the Admission Office to review and process the application effectively. Incomplete documentation will result in delays in processing and the student may be delayed in joining his/her classes..

This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
– the most recent Report Card
– the most recent Transcript (high school students)
– Student Discipline/Behavior Records
– Student Attendance Records

If you do not have all the documentation available at the time of submitting the form, please request this documentation from your student’s current school and email it to Admission@BayaanAcademy.com and make sure to include the Parent/Guardian’s name, email address, student’s name, and grade.

Parents/Guardians will be prompted to pay the following fees at the end of the form:

– $150 Registration Fee
– $200 Technology Fee
– 1st Month’s Tuition Deposit

*The Registration Fee ($150) is non-refundable.

Step 4. Academic Counselor Review & Student Assessment

During this step, Bayaan’s Academic Counselor will review the student’s report cards/transcripts/homeschool portfolio. The Academic Counselor will communicate with the parent/guardian in case there is a need for a Placement Test**, one-on-one interview, or further documentation.

(**Placement Test: Please note that we take into great consideration the feedback we receive from parents and what the student has actually completed as compared to the test. This is due to the fact that some students are not effective test-takers.)

Step 5. Acceptance

Decision

Once the Admission Office has completed its review, the Parent/Guardian will receive an official email with the student’s acceptance status.

After approval and acceptance, should we receive any new information or documentation from the student’s previous school, the Admissions Team will re-evaluate the decision and reserves the right to change the decision.

Step 6. Student Account Creation

After the Registration Application is submitted, the Admissions Team prepares the student’s file for internal processing. All documents and report cards undergo a final review.

Starting mid-July, Bayaan’s IT Team begins setting up student accounts, assigning onboarding materials, and allocating digital resources to ensure students are ready to begin learning.

Step 7. Mandatory Student Onboarding & Orientation Days

Step 7: Student Onboarding & Orientation

Before officially starting classes, all new and returning students are required to complete Bayaan Academy’s Live Student Onboarding Program, which runs over the course of one week.

🗓️ Families may select one of the following onboarding weeks:

  • August 3 – August 7

  • August 10 – August 14

  • August 17 – August 21

Timings: The onboarding sessions will follow the same daily schedule as the program (Morning or Afternoon) you selected during enrollment.

This live program ensures that students feel confident, informed, and fully prepared to begin the school year.
Through live sessions, walkthroughs, activities, and assessments, students will cover:
– Diagnostic Assessments
– Virtual Classroom Navigation
– School Policies & Expectations
– Time Management & Tech Readiness

Step 8. First Day of

Class

The big day has arrived—welcome to Bayaan Academy!

By this point, students who have completed the Mandatory Student Onboarding Program and Diagnostic Assessments will be fully prepared to begin classes. They’ll have access to their login credentials, class schedule, and the tools needed for a smooth start.

Students will receive their class schedules 1-2 days before the First Day of Class.

We encourage students to:
Log in a few minutes early to ensure everything is working properly
Join from a quiet, focused space
Have materials ready as outlined during onboarding

Step 9. Late Registrations =  after August 7, 2025

Important Note for Late Registrations:
Students who enroll after August 7, 2025 may not be able to attend the first day of class if they have not yet completed onboarding or required assessments. These steps are essential for appropriate placement and a strong start to the school year.
Late registrants should contact our Onboarding Coordinator as soon as possible to complete the remaining requirements and receive guidance on next steps.

Our teachers and staff are excited to welcome your child and are committed to helping them feel supported and confident from the very first day. If you encounter any technical issues or login concerns, our Tech Support team is ready to help.
