Enrollment Request Form for New Students

Form Instructions
The form below is for parents/guardians who are interested in enrolling their child at Bayaan Academy.

New Students:
1. Kindly fill out the form below and upload the student’s most recent report card/transcript.
2. After the form has been successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email.
3. Please allow 3-5 school days for the Admission Team to review the form. Missing documents or incorrect documentation will delay the review process.

 

Acceptance Notification:
Once the review is complete, you will receive an email with the next steps.

Returning Students: If you are a RETURNING STUDENT, DO NOT SUBMIT THIS FORM. Visit the Returning Student page for further instructions.
