| A 10% discount is available for Single Payment of the Full Year’s Tuition. A 10% discount is also available for siblings. Note:
- There are NO hidden costs. All inclusive Annual Tuition and New Student Enrollment Fees includes all digital resources.
- High School studies includes 4 independent electives per year at no additional cost. These are accredited self-guided and assessed courses students choose from the catalog.
- Arabic Language, Islamic Studies, and Quranic Studies classes are always taught live.
Withdrawal
After enrollment, Bayaan allocates resources unique for each child’s academic success. Though a child may be withdrawn at any time of the year, the parent/guardian is liable for the tuition as agreed upon during registration. Refunds are only issued for pre-payment before the actual start of the academic year. Once classes are in session, refunds are not available. Registration, Tech, and Assessment fees are non-refundable.
Withdrawing students mid-year affects the academy as we have very limited seats in each classroom. Many times we have to turn students away once sections reach capacity. Additionally, our staff make sure each child’s academic’s are reviewed and courses assigned for their appropriate grade and level. This also includes making each students schedule, LMS accounts, Parent Accounts, Teacher and Curriculum allocations etc; all of which take substantial amount of planning, time, and money.
Financial Aid
We believe every child has a right to a quality education. Parents who cannot afford tuition, should contact us and be ready to provide proof of their financial difficulty and what they can afford. You may fill out the Financial Aid Form for consideration.
* Please allow Bayaan Academy a minimum of 1-2 weeks to review the Financial Aid application.
