In Quarter 1 of 2024, our students participated in a project-based learning experience. They brought history to life by creating a Colonial Newspaper that portrayed life in one of the 13 original colonies.
This initiative challenged them to explore historical events, discover stories of marginalized voices, and work together to craft a representation of the era’s complexities. Through research, creativity, and teamwork, they produced thoughtful and engaging work that reflects both their knowledge and their unique perspectives.
Today, we are proud to showcase three standout submissions from our Social Studies 9th graders, highlighting the exceptional effort and dedication they poured into this meaningful exploration of our shared past.

We are proud of their efforts and the thoughtful perspectives they have shared through this project-based learning experience.
